suxary of piracies and robberies reported in the Chinese Fress as

having taken place in the Province of Kuan,tung Turing the month of

July, 1913. I enclose elso sum.ery of a report urde to this Covern-

-ment of case of piracy which took place outside the jurisdiction

of the Colony.
